Completed while I was working at Kelly Behun Studio, this project was conceived as a private, by appointment sales showroom adjacent to a new luxury residential development. Created to welcome prospective buyers, the space offered an intimate preview of the finishes, features, and lifestyle available within the residences.

Rather than a traditional sales environment, the showroom was designed as a warm, indulgent interior with a distinctly residential spirit. Custom millwork, tactile stone, and softly layered lighting established a calm backdrop for curated vignettes that highlighted materiality and detail up close. Art, objects, and furnishings were selected with the same rigor as a private home, so every moment felt composed, personal, and quietly convincing.
