This boutique, high end residential building comprises 13 private homes, spanning full floor residences as well as duplex and triplex layouts. Developed while I was working at Kelly Behun Studio, our team was commissioned to carry the elegance of the richly detailed facade into both the public areas and the private interiors.

Inside, the atmosphere is built through a precise balance of bespoke elements and curated pieces. Custom designed furniture and lighting set the foundation, then layered materials bring depth: hand painted wallpapers, tailored rugs, and carefully selected art and accessories. Each space feels composed and personal, elevated without feeling staged.
